Job Description
As an Operations Executive, the selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's daily operations and ensuring efficient and effective workflow. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and coordinating logistics operations including shipping, customs clearance, and warehousing
- Following up on purchase and sales orders to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinating with suppliers, clients, and shipping companies
- Monitoring inventory and managing the supply chain
- Preparing periodic reports on operational performance
- Resolving operational issues and making quick decisions
- Improving current processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Complying with all local and international trade regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations management or logistics
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
