  • Experience: A minimum of 5 to 8 years of practical experience in procurement or purchasing, with a strong focus on technical or engineering procurement. Experience in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Construction, Manufacturing, or Energy is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong understanding of technical specifications and engineering drawings.
    • Advanced proficiency in computer software (MS Office) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for procurement.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
    • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Other Requirements: Prior experience in the Kuwaiti or wider GCC job market is preferred.
