Job Description
As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships between management and employees while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day employee matters including inquiries and complaints
- Implementing HR policies and procedures
- Handling disciplinary issues and internal investigations
- Supporting recruitment, resignation, and termination processes
- Preparing periodic reports for HR management
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and social insurance
- Advising employees and management on work rights and obligations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in employee relations
- Excellent knowledge of UAE labor laws
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
