Job Description

The team at Aster DM Healthcare hospitals in Sohar is seeking highly experienced and competent Specialist Doctors to join their medical staff. Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Providing specialized medical care to patients according to the highest quality and safety standards.
• Diagnosing medical conditions and developing appropriate treatment plans.
• Supervising and guiding junior medical staff and support teams.
• Contributing to the development of medical protocols and procedures.
• Participating in educational and training activities within the hospital.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent.
• Higher specialization certificate (Board Certification / Fellowship) in a medical specialty from a recognized body (e.g., American Board, UK Fellowship, Canadian Board, or equivalent).
• A minimum of 3-5 years of post-specialization experience.
• Valid professional practice license (preferably from the Oman Medical Specialty Board or eligibility to obtain one).
• Excellent command of English (Arabic language is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.
• Commitment to professional ethics and patient confidentiality.
