A prominent company, through the "Naukrigulf" platform, is seeking to fill the position of Team Leader Civil Site Engineer in the State of Kuwait. Job Description and Responsibilities

The Team Leader will be stationed at the project site and will be the primary person in charge of execution and technical aspects. Key responsibilities include:

• Leadership and Supervision: Leading a team of engineers, technicians, and laborers at the construction site, delegating tasks, and ensuring harmony and collaboration to achieve project objectives within the specified timeline.
• Execution Management: Directly supervising all stages of civil execution on-site, including excavation, concreting, finishing works, and infrastructure, to ensure compliance with technical specifications and approved design drawings.
• Quality and Safety Control: Implementing and managing comprehensive Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) programs for all works, and ensuring strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) systems and procedures to prevent accidents and create a safe working environment.
• Coordination and Communication: Acting as the main liaison between project management (office) and site work teams. Coordinating with subcontractors, the project consultant, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Preparing daily and weekly reports on work progress, completion status, and any challenges or obstacles facing implementation, and presenting them to the Project Manager.
• Resource Management: Contributing to the planning and allocation of human resources, equipment, and materials on-site to achieve optimal operational efficiency and avoid waste.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be eligible for this leadership role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Work Experience: A minimum of 8 to 10 years of practical experience in the field of civil engineering, with a strong focus on fieldwork on major construction sites. Experience must include at least 3-4 years in a leadership or supervisory role (as a team leader, senior site engineer, or similar position).
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of international and local construction specifications, Kuwait building codes, and modern execution methods. Experience in reading and understanding structural, architectural, electrical, and mechanical drawings.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, resolve conflicts, and manage stress in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Personal Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), accuracy, discipline, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Project Management Certification (Preferred): Certifications such as PMP or any recognized project management certification are a strong added advantage.

• Location: State of Kuwait.
