Job Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

  • Nationality: The applicant must hold nationality from an Arab country (Mandatory Requirement).
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven work experience in a technical support or helpdesk role. (Experience in a B2C environment or supporting end-users is preferred).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux).
    • Good knowledge of networking fundamentals.
    • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
    • Knowledge of database management systems (SQL) will be an added advantage.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
    • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, clear manner.
    • Exceptional customer service skills and a collaborative spirit.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities of multiple tasks.
    • Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
