Telesales Executive – B2B SaaS

Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The Telesales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving growth and acquiring new customers. The core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Proactive Telesales: Making outbound, planned sales calls to lists of business leads to present and pitch the company's SaaS solutions.
  • Lead Engagement: Identifying and understanding prospective clients' business needs, delivering compelling value propositions that explain how our software solutions can drive operational efficiency and growth for their operations.
  • Pipeline Management: Effectively managing leads through various stages of the sales funnel, from initial contact to closing the deal, utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Appointment Setting: Arranging meetings or demonstrations between qualified leads and the broader sales or solutions engineering team to deepen discussions and advance the sales cycle.
  • Target Achievement: Working towards achieving and exceeding set monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by sales management.
  • Market Research: Assisting in identifying new market opportunities and promising business verticals to target with the company's solutions.
  • Knowledge Maintenance: Maintaining thorough knowledge of all product features, competitive advantages, and general SaaS market trends.

Required Qualifications & Skills

To qualify for this opportunity, we are looking for candidates with the following profile:

  • Experience: Proven experience of 1-3 years in Telesales or Inside Sales, with a strong preference for those with experience selling B2B products or services, particularly in the technology, software, or SaaS sector.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic (a strong added advantage). Persuasive and influential with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
  • Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office Suite) and CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or others.
  • Personality: Self-starter with high self-motivation, able to work independently as well as part of a team. Resilient, able to handle rejection and pressure while maintaining optimism and output.
  • Knowledge: A fundamental understanding of the SaaS business model and B2B sales principles will be a significant advantage.
