Key Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, storage, and shipping operations at the main warehouse
• Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) as per Oman Drug Authority regulations
• Manage warehouse team and assign daily tasks effectively
• Monitor inventory levels and provide regular reports to senior management
• Coordinate with procurement and sales departments to ensure product availability
• Implement occupational health and safety procedures in the work environment
• Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency
• Oversee Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ensure data accuracy
• Conduct periodic and annual inventory counts
• Train and develop the skills of supervised staff

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
• Skills:
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Strong knowledge of WMS and ERP systems
  • Outstanding leadership and management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
  • Knowledge of GDP and ISO standards
  • Analytical and reporting skills
• Preferred Certifications: Supply chain or logistics certification
