Job Description

Performance Energy is seeking an experienced Wellsite Engineer specialized in Coiled Tubing Drilling (CTD) to join our team in Kuwait. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers with a background in the oil and gas sector who are looking to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

As a CTD Wellsite Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing coiled tubing drilling operations at the wellsite, ensuring safe and efficient execution in accordance with the highest technical and operational standards. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve production and drilling targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Coiled Tubing Drilling (CTD) operations at the wellsite.
• Coordination with the drilling and maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitoring drilling parameters and analyzing data to optimize performance and reduce downtime.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
• Preparing daily reports on operational status and equipment performance.
• Troubleshooting technical issues that may arise during drilling operations.
• Communicating with senior management and other departments to provide accurate updates.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Coiled Tubing Drilling (CTD) operations.
• In-depth knowledge of CTD equipment and techniques.
• Ability to work in a field environment under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.
• Valid safety certifications (e.g., IADC or IWCF) are a strong advantage.
