Job Description
PayTech Group, a leading fintech company in Kuwait, is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager – Post Merger Integration to join its dynamic team. This is a critical role responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless integration of systems, processes, and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical post-merger integration projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Legal, Operations) to align integration strategies.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers.
- Oversee the migration of data, applications, and IT infrastructure between merging entities.
- Ensure compliance with local and international security and regulatory standards.
- Provide regular status reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management, with a strong preference for M&A or integration projects.
- Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Solid understanding of financial systems, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity principles.
