Job Description
We are seeking a professional Programmes Officer to join our team in Bahrain for a maternity cover position. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals in programme and project management, where you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring various programmes and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute programmes and projects according to set timelines
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth workflow
- Prepare periodic reports on programme progress and achieved results
- Monitor budgets and ensure compliance with financial standards
- Provide administrative and technical support to the team
- Participate in developing and improving programme management processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in programme or project management
- Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in report preparation and data analysis
Preferred Skills
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2)
