Job Description
As a Barista, the selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of coffee drinks and hot/cold beverages according to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty coffee drinks
- Ensuring fresh ingredient quality and maintaining coffee equipment cleanliness
- Providing excellent customer service and a warm welcome to guests
- Managing daily inventory of coffee beans, milk, and additives
- Maintaining hygiene and health standards in the workplace
- Handling payments and recording orders accurately
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in coffee making (preferably 1+ year)
- Excellent knowledge of coffee types and preparation methods
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly personality with a passion for customer service
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Flexibility to work shifts (including weekends)
