- Financial guarantee letter or commitment of the person for expenses
- Foreign identification numbers and residence information for candidates who do not have a copy of passport and residence document
- For Turkish nationals, approved certificate showing that all of high school education has been done abroad (high school approved certificate or transcript covering whole duration of the education)
- Certificate of identity register copy for Turkish Nationals with double citizenship
- Blue Card (if any) Photocopy
