Ankara Music and Fine Arts University [MFU], being the first thematic state university of Turkey in its field fulfilled the official process of establishment in July 2017 and is awaiting to admit its first Turkish and international students who want to specialize in music, art, science, technology and education in a fine, dynamic environment with wide horizons. When scarcity of “music thematic universities” is considered in terms of scale, scope and function throughout the world, the significance of the stride Turkey has made and the vision it has exhibited could easily be appreciated. In an area of 54462 m 2, MFU campus consists of sixteen buildings including rectorate, faculties, graduate school, vocational school, library, museum, culture and congress center, social building, hotel, dormitory, basic education (primary, secondary and high school), open and indoor parking and indoor sport facilities. In faculty buildings, there are classrooms, labs, seminar halls, amphitheaters and workshops, ready to meet any academic need.
In our University, there are 4 Faculties and, 1 Vocational School.
