Job Description

The Beautician at Meronatic Solutions Group will be responsible for delivering a wide range of beauty and grooming services to clients while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Key responsibilities will be comprehensive and may include, but are not limited to:

• Providing specialized facial and body beauty services in line with the latest techniques and global trends.
• Consulting with clients, assessing their beauty needs, and offering appropriate advice and recommendations.
• Performing skincare treatments, cleansing, exfoliation, and massage therapies.
• Conducting beauty services such as advanced facials, hair removal, and hand & foot care.
• Applying professional makeup for various occasions.
• Maintaining strict hygiene and sterilization protocols for all tools and the work area in accordance with local health regulations.
• Contributing to sales and service goals by delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Assisting with product inventory management and maintaining the tidiness of the work station.

Requirements and Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• A recognized certificate or diploma in Beautician studies or a related field (e.g., Skincare, Cosmetology).
• Proven practical experience of at least 2-3 years as a Beautician, preferably in a reputable salon or beauty center.
• Comprehensive knowledge of beauty products, skin treatments, and various beautician techniques.
• Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to understand and meet client expectations.
• A friendly, pleasant personality with a strong team spirit.
• Commitment to professionalism and a neat personal appearance.
• Proficiency in English for basic communication. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a distinct advantage.
