Essential Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) or a professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) will be a significant competitive advantage.
• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of practical experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Finance Manager, Accounting Manager, or equivalent).
• Proven experience working within the UAE or Gulf region market, with in-depth knowledge of the local regulatory and tax environment.
