• Technical Coordination: Acting as a key liaison between various project stakeholders, including design engineers, on-site execution teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Effective coordination ensures information consistency and smooth workflow.
• Drafting and Drawing Preparation: Producing and developing detailed, accurate drawings for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software like AutoCAD. These drawings include distribution layouts, cable and piping routes, installation details, and shop drawings compliant with specifications and standards.
• Drawing Review: Checking and reviewing preliminary drawings and submissions from other parties to identify clashes or errors, ensuring they align with contract requirements, local UAE regulations, and relevant international standards.
• Document Management: Organizing and maintaining all project-related technical documentation, including drawings, revision reports, Requests for Information (RFIs), and review records, to ensure updated information is always accessible.

Qualifications and Key Requirements
