Required Qualifications and Skills

• Education: A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven prior experience in merchandising, retail sales, or a related field. The required experience may vary based on the specific job level.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel) and inventory management or Point-of-Sale (POS) software.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Arabic and English preferred).

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel between different store locations within Kuwait.
