Job Description and Responsibilities
The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and developing the company's sales operations. The primary responsibilities will focus on achieving revenue targets and leading the sales team towards excellence. Field and strategic tasks include:
- Leadership & Development: Leading, guiding, and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Responsible for training and developing team members' skills to ensure peak performance levels.
- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing comprehensive, effective sales strategies and plans aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth in the UAE and Gulf market.
- Business Development: Hunting for new business development opportunities and opening additional sales channels. Building and maintaining strong, sustainable relationships with key existing and potential clients.
- Performance Management: Monitoring and analyzing sales performance using metrics and periodic reports. Identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
- Internal Coordination: Working closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service departments to ensure a seamless, integrated customer experience and complete satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conducting ongoing market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, evolving customer needs, and providing proactive recommendations to management.
Qualifications and Key Requirements
To be a successful candidate for this leadership opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:
- Work Experience: Proven experience of at least 5 to 7 years in the sales field, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position (Sales Manager or Senior Sales Supervisor). Experience in the UAE or Gulf market is a significant advantage.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead, motivate a team, and manage performance. You must have a proven track record of building a high-performance sales team.
