Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in steering and guiding the sales team's efforts towards achieving ambitious targets. Key responsibilities will include:

Qualifications & Essential Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this leadership position, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, with a strong focus on the real estate sector in the Gulf region, preferably within the UAE market.
  • Leadership Experience: Prior experience in successfully managing and leading sales teams, with a proven ability to motivate individuals and drive them towards achievement.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the UAE real estate market, including local laws, regulations, prevailing trends, and professional networks.
  • Personal Skills: Exceptional communication and persuasion skills (both verbal and written), excellent negotiation abilities, and the capacity to build trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Results-Driven: A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a strategic mindset and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Academic Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Professional certifications in real estate or sales are a strong advantage.
  • Languages: Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential. Knowledge of the Arabic language is a significant advantage for dealing with a broader client base.
