Job Description & Key Responsibilities

- Supervising inventory counts, capital expenditures, and maintaining fixed asset registers.

- Preparing analytical financial reports for senior management to aid in decision-making.
- Acting as a key liaison with external auditors during the annual audit process.
- Supervising and providing guidance to junior accountants or accounting assistants within the team.
- Contributing to the development and improvement of the company's internal accounting policies and procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications
To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are a significant advantage.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven experience in an accounting role. Prior experience within a trading, contracting, or construction company is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
