With the expansion of its strategic projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the company is seeking skilled and motivated Site Engineers specializing in Civil and Electrical disciplines to join their dynamic teams at major project sites in Dammam, Jeddah, and Riyadh.

Job Description

The Site Engineer will be directly responsible for the day-to-day supervision of construction site operations, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards of quality, safety, technical specifications, and scheduled timelines. This role is critical to the successful delivery of the company's major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervise construction and installation activities on-site according to specialization (civil works or electrical works).
  • Study engineering drawings and blueprints and ensure their accurate implementation.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the management team.
  • Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship, ensuring compliance with standard specifications.
  • Prepare daily reports on work progress, site conditions, and any challenges or non-conformities.
  • Strictly adhere to and enforce all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols on the ground.
  • Assist in resolving technical problems that arise during the construction phase.
  • Verify quantities of executed work to assist in measurement and payment processes.
  • Ensure adherence to the project schedule and report any potential delays.

Requirements and Qualifications

To qualify for this opportunity, you should meet the following criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Electrical specialization) from a recognized university.
  • Additional professional certifications (e.g., PMP, safety management certificates) will be a strong advantage.

Experience Required:

  • Proven practical experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a similar role (Site Engineer) on major construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Prior experience working with EPC companies or major contractors will be highly preferred.
  • Practical knowledge of prevailing building systems and regulations in Saudi Arabia.

Personal and Technical Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of civil or electrical engineering principles and construction materials.
  • Proficiency in using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and other office productivity tools.
  • Strong leadership and field supervision skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in Arabic and English.
  • Flexibility to work across different project sites within the designated city.

This is a fully field-based role located in one of Saudi Arabia's three key cities: Dammam (in the Eastern Province), Jeddah (on the Red Sea coast), or Riyadh (the capital).
