Job Overview

The Academic Manager will be responsible for leading and developing the educational and academic pillar within an innovative school environment that blends solid educational foundations with cutting-edge digital culture practices. Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Academic Leadership: Oversee comprehensive academic planning, curriculum implementation, and ensure the quality of educational outcomes within a digital culture framework.
• Curriculum Development: Collaborate with a team of experts to design, develop, and evaluate curricula that integrate digital skills, critical thinking, and digital citizenship with core subjects.
• Faculty Management & Development: Lead the team of teachers and academic administrators, provide ongoing guidance and professional support, and organize professional development programs focused on digital pedagogy.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and implement evaluation and monitoring mechanisms for the quality of teaching processes and the achievement of set academic and digital objectives.

• Communication: Build effective communication bridges with parents, convey the school's academic and digital vision, and oversee student academic reporting.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field (Education, Educational Leadership, Instructional Technology).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an academic leadership role (e.g., School Principal, Vice Principal of Academics, Head of Curriculum Development) within an educational setting.
• Deep understanding of modern educational models, digital pedagogy, and the application of technology in education.
• Practical experience in curriculum development and instructional program design.
• Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate teams and lead change.
• Good knowledge of academic quality assurance and accreditation systems.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a strong advantage.
