Required Qualifications and Skills

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Proven work experience of 3-5 years in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably within a tech or digital marketing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills to understand client data and make informed decisions.
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Leadership personality and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing tools/technologies and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a strong plus.
