Job Overview

The HR Specialist will be responsible for executing a range of operational and developmental tasks within the Human Resources department. Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Recruitment Management: Assist in the full recruitment cycle, from posting job advertisements and screening CVs to coordinating interviews and preparing employment contracts.

  • Employee Affairs Management: Maintain accurate and secure employee records (both physical and digital), process leave requests, and manage attendance tracking.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with the Saudi Labor Law and the company's internal regulations.
  • Employee Development Support: Coordinate with other departments to support training initiatives and performance development.
  • Employee Services: Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits promptly and professionally.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (HR specialization), Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of practical experience in the Human Resources field, with preference given to experience within the Saudi market.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law provisions and Social Insurance (GOSI) regulations.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word). Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is a plus.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and security.
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
    • Customer-service (employee) orientation and proactive problem-solving abilities.
