Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The appointed Accountant will be responsible for performing a range of crucial accounting and financial tasks to support the company's operations. Key responsibilities are expected to include:

• Managing day-to-day accounting entries, including data entry for expenses and revenues.
• Preparing and executing periodic bank reconciliations.
• Assisting in the preparation of periodic financial reports (monthly/quarterly/annual).

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

To be a suitable candidate for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven work experience of at least 2-3 years in an accounting role.
• Solid knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and local standards.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is a significant advantage.
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to handle data efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.
