Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Expected Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management or the department team.
  • Organize schedules, arrange appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Manage telephone communications, emails, and incoming/outgoing correspondence.
  • Maintain a systematic archiving and indexing system for electronic and physical documents and files to ensure easy retrieval.
  • Assist in organizing events, travel, and accommodation arrangements as needed.
  • Handle information with utmost confidentiality and represent the company in the best possible light in all interactions.
  • Contribute to the documentation and follow-up procedures for ongoing projects and tasks.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

Core Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field.
  • Experience: Proven work experience of at least 3 to 5 years in an executive support or similar administrative role. Experience in large corporations or multinational groups is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of electronic document and task management systems.
