Job Description
The After Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and executing all marketing activities related to the after-sales service division. This position focuses on turning customers into brand advocates by ensuring they receive exceptional service throughout their vehicle's lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy for after-sales services (maintenance, repairs, spare parts, extended warranty, etc.).

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with a proven focus on service marketing or after-sales marketing within the automotive sector.
- Deep understanding of the automotive business environment in the Gulf region, preferably with experience in the Omani market.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret diverse data and make evidence-based strategic decisions.
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
