Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be placed in a key leadership position, with primary responsibilities including:

• Leadership and Supervision: Provide direct leadership and supervision to the workshop team or branch staff. This involves guiding the team, motivating them, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
• Daily Operations Management: Oversee all day-to-day operational activities of the branch or workshop. This includes task planning, resource allocation, and ensuring workflow runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Quality Control and Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out to required specifications and the highest quality standards. Also responsible for compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations in the State of Qatar.
• Inventory and Equipment Management: Supervise inventory levels of raw materials and spare parts, and ensure periodic maintenance of equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns.
• Customer Service and Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for clients or other departments within the company. Handle customer inquiries, ensure their satisfaction, and uphold the company's reputation.
• Reporting and Financial Management: Prepare periodic reports on workshop/branch performance, including productivity and cost reports. Contribute to budgeting and controlling operational expenditures.
• Development and Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in processes and propose and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications and Requirements

To qualify for this leadership opportunity, you should meet the following criteria:

• Work Experience: Proven experience of at least 5 to 7 years in a similar supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a workshop environment or branch management within the industrial or technical services sector.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
• Technical and Managerial Skills: In-depth understanding of operational processes and quality management. Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
