Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The incumbent in this role will play a pivotal part in bridging the gap between advanced AI technical capabilities and market/business needs. The core responsibilities will focus on:

• Developing and executing effective sales and business development strategies targeting key market sectors within the UAE and the Gulf region.
• Identifying new business opportunities and building a robust sales pipeline for AI solutions.

• Building strong, lasting business relationships with new and existing clients, deeply understanding their business challenges.

Qualifications & Core Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• Proven professional experience of at least 3 years in Business Development or Technical Sales, with a strong preference for experience in selling Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), cloud solutions, or AI and digital transformation technologies.
• Strong understanding of the technology market in the United Arab Emirates, with a professional network in sectors such as financial services, healthcare, e-commerce, or government.
• Practical knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts and their business applications.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and convincingly to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team spirit, and demonstrate adaptability in a fast-changing environment.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in Arabic is a strong added advantage.
