Job Description

The HR Specialist will play a central role in supporting and developing human capital processes at Abwaab. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a range of strategic and operational tasks aimed at talent acquisition and retention, fostering a positive company culture, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and policies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding procedures.
  • Employee Administration: Accurately and confidentially handle employee records, follow up on required documentation, and update Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Development and Training: Contribute to identifying employee training needs and organizing programs that enhance their skills and career progression.
  • Benefits and Compensation: Assist in managing benefits programs, incentives, and rewards, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll and financial dues.
  • Employee Relations and Communication: Act as a liaison between management and staff, address inquiries, and participate in initiatives to promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with local Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulatory frameworks.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (HR specialization), Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience of at least 3 years in Human Resources, with preference given to experience in tech companies or the education sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with diverse personalities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
