Job Description
The Business Development Lead will occupy a central role within the company's team, serving as the primary driver for crafting and executing growth and expansion strategies. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the negotiation and closing of deals and strategic partnerships with financial institutions, technology firms, and other relevant entities.

- Oversee the preparation of feasibility studies and financial projections for new ventures.

Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in business development or strategic sales, with a strong preference for experience in the Fintech, financial services, or broader technology sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the Omani market and the business environment in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
- A proven track record of closing significant deals and building successful partnerships.
