Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager will hold a pivotal role in leading and expanding the company's portfolio of AWS cloud services. This individual will be the primary driver for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and achieving sales and revenue targets. Core responsibilities include:

  • Business Strategy Development: Formulate and execute strategic business development plans for AWS services in the Saudi market, aligning with the company's overall objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the technology sector. Direct experience selling AWS solutions or other cloud services (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) is highly preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS). Knowledge of AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, Cloud Practitioner) is a significant advantage.
  • Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English are essential. The ability to negotiate and influence decision-makers at the executive (C-Level) is a must.
  • Analytical & Commercial Acumen: The ability to analyze financial data, understand business models, and articulate the value proposition of technical solutions to clients.
  • Personal Attributes: The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, proactive, and a team player. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong commitment to achieving targets is fundamental.
