Job Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and business development strategy for the industrial networking and automation segment.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline through market research and networking.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, including major industrial enterprises, contractors, and consultants.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' technical and operational requirements and present tailored value propositions encompassing solutions, hardware, and software.
  • Work closely with technical support, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver optimal customer service.
  • Monitor market trends and competition, providing regular performance and forecast reports to senior management.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Telecommunications) or Business Administration. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of proven experience in sales or business development, with a focused track record in industrial products or solutions, particularly in one of the following areas:
    • Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Automation (e.g., PLCs, SCADA).
    • Industrial Networking (e.g., Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus).
    • Sensors, actuators, and industrial vision systems.
    • Cybersecurity solutions for Operational Technology (OT) environments.
  • Strong knowledge of the industrial market in the UAE and GCC countries, with an established professional network.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all management levels.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a team spirit.
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken). Knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
  • The applicant must possess a valid UAE residence permit and a driver's license.
