Job Description and Key Responsibilities
The CCR Operator-1 will be primarily responsible for monitoring and operating power plant systems from the Central Control Room (CCR). The core responsibilities for this position include:
- Monitoring & Operation: Monitoring all operating parameters of plant systems (e.g., pressure, temperature, flow, power output) via Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and other interfaces.

- Team Coordination: Working closely with Field Operators, maintenance technicians, and engineering teams to ensure seamless coordination between control room operations and field activities.
- Documentation & Reporting: Accurately logging operational data, maintaining shift logs, and preparing reports on any incidents or deviations from the norm.
- Contributing to Improvement: Participating in system performance analysis and assisting in proposing operational improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
To qualify for this opportunity, you should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: A diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Power) or an equivalent. Relevant specialized technical certifications may be acceptable with sufficient experience.
