Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The appointed Civil Project Manager will be entrusted with a range of vital responsibilities to ensure project success from initial planning to final handover. Core duties include:

Qualifications & Requirements

• Work Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in managing civil engineering projects and construction sites. Preference will be given to those with experience in luxury interior fit-out, commercial, or residential projects within the Gulf region, particularly in Dubai/UAE.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction processes, building materials, and local building & safety regulations and codes in the UAE (e.g., Dubai Municipality).
• Managerial Skills: Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and human/material resources with high efficiency.
• Personal Skills: Strong leadership abilities and exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and make quick, decisive decisions.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken English. Knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Autodesk applications (AutoCAD).
