Key Responsibilities and Duties

- Plan and perform complex and precise surgical operations with high skill, adhering to the highest safety standards.

- Collaborate effectively with physicians from other specialties (e.g., oncology, burns, dermatology) in cases requiring reconstructive intervention.
- Supervise and train resident doctors and specialized nursing staff within the department.

- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure full compliance with local and international ethical and professional regulations.
Essential Requirements and Qualifications
- Medical Doctorate (MBBS) or equivalent.
- Board Certification / Fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery from a recognized authority (e.g., Arab, British, American, Canadian Board or equivalent).
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of post-fellowship experience at a consultant level, with a proven track record of achievements.
- Full proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking). Knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Possession of a valid medical license from the country of qualification, with eligibility to obtain a license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
- Exceptional communication and patient relationship management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound clinical decisions.
