Job Overview

The Technical Presales Consultant will be the cornerstone in bridging the gap between clients' complex needs and Comarch's advanced technological solutions. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting sales teams by providing deep technical expertise, building compelling value propositions, and ensuring clients understand the transformative potential of OSS/BSS solutions for their operational and business processes.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Sales Technical Support: Work closely with account managers and sales teams to provide technical support throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial customer engagement to deal closure.
• Needs Analysis & Solution Design: Conduct in-depth analysis of customer requirements (typically from Telecom Operators) and design architectural technical solutions utilizing Comarch's OSS/BSS software products and suites.
• Presentation Development & Delivery: Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations, webinars, and solution demonstrations that address specific customer challenges and highlight tangible value.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare meticulous documentation such as Technical Proposals, Solution Briefs, and Responses to RFx (Request for Proposal/Information).
• Relationship Building: Build credibility and trusted relationships with potential and existing clients by demonstrating a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry and OSS/BSS technologies.
• Training & Coaching: Transfer knowledge about new solutions and enhanced features to the internal sales team.
• Collaboration with R&D: Act as a liaison between the market (customer/sales) and Comarch's internal development and product teams to convey customer feedback and market requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Education and Experience:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of practical experience in a technical consultant, sales engineering, or systems engineering role, with a strong focus on the Telecom & Services sector.
• Proven hands-on experience working with OSS/BSS systems (e.g., Network Management, Service Fulfillment, Billing, Revenue Management, CRM).
• Knowledge of Telecom Operators' (MNOs/MVNOs) systems and processes is a significant competitive advantage.

Technical and Personal Skills:

• Strong understanding of information system architecture and integration concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical or executive audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic will be a strong additional asset.
