- Develop Improvement Strategies: Design consultancy plans and programs to enhance the efficiency, security, and speed of related commercial and financial operations.
- Optimize Settlement Systems: Provide advisory services on developing settlement systems (including interbank settlements, trade transaction settlements) to ensure the speed, accuracy, and security of financial transactions.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure proposed recommendations and projects align with local and international regulations, as well as financial and trade standards.
- Manage Consultancy Projects: Lead or actively participate in consultancy projects from the planning phase through to implementation and delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Information Systems. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, PMP) is a strong advantage.
- Professional Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in management or financial consultancy, with a proven track record focusing on trade infrastructure projects, payment and settlement systems, or digital transformation in the financial/trade sector.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of international trade processes, logistics, financial settlement systems (e.g., RTGS, clearing systems), and associated risks.
- Analytical & Strategic Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and formulate practical, actionable strategies.
- Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken); Arabic language skills are a significant advantage. Ability to deliver clear and compelling reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
