Job Description
As a Legal Consultant, the candidate will be responsible for providing specialized legal advice to senior management and various departments. Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and drafting commercial contracts and agreements.
- Providing counsel on compliance with Qatari laws and regulations.
- Representing the company before judicial and administrative authorities when required.
- Managing legal risks and providing recommendations to mitigate them.
- Monitoring legislative updates and their impact on the company's operations.
- Overseeing legal cases and disputes in coordination with external law firms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized university.
- A Master's degree in Commercial Law or Arbitration is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal consulting, preferably in the Gulf region.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- Active membership in a Bar Association or relevant legal body.
- Deep knowledge of Qatari commercial and labor laws.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
