A confidential company based in Al Khor, Qatar is currently hiring for the position of UPVC Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of UPVC products. This full-time position is available for immediate application through the Naukrigulf platform.
Job Description
The UPVC Supervisor will be responsible for managing the team on-site, ensuring that the installation of UPVC windows, doors, and facades meets the required technical standards and quality specifications. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising cutting, welding, and assembly processes for UPVC products.
- Assigning tasks to workers and technicians and monitoring their performance.
- Ensuring adherence to project timelines and delivery schedules.
- Inspecting the quality of finished products before and after installation.
- Resolving technical issues that arise during operations.
- Coordinating with engineers and contractors to align work with blueprints.
- Preparing daily reports on workflow and productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the UPVC field, preferably in the Gulf region.
- Full knowledge of UPVC manufacturing machinery (e.g., cutting saws, welding machines, cleaning machines).
- Ability to read engineering drawings and execution plans.
- Strong leadership skills to manage a multicultural team.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Technical certificate or diploma in a related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with occupational safety standards in construction sites.
