Job Description
In this contract-based remote role, the Architect will be responsible for contributing to various stages of architectural projects. Given the contractual nature, the focus will be on delivering specific tasks and projects within agreed-upon timelines. Key responsibilities will involve collaborating remotely with the company's team to achieve design and execution goals.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Contribute to developing design concepts and preliminary architectural drawings for diverse projects in Dubai.
- Prepare construction and detailed drawings using modern architectural design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, etc.).
- Work on Building Information Modeling (BIM) to ensure project accuracy and integration.
- Coordinate remotely with internal team members and potential external consultants.
- Review and refine designs based on feedback from senior architects and project managers.
- Ensure designs comply with local Dubai/UAE regulations, building codes, and sustainability requirements.
- Prepare presentation materials and visual assets needed for client project reviews.
Job Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven professional experience in architecture.
- Prior experience working on projects in the Gulf region, particularly in Dubai or the UAE, is highly preferred.
- Excellent proficiency in architectural design and drafting software, with a strong focus on 3D modeling and BIM tools.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous projects and design/technical skills.
- In-depth understanding of local building codes and regulations in Dubai.
Required Personal Skills:
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines in a contract-based framework.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to work collaboratively within a virtual team environment.
