Job Description

The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle of digital applications and platforms. You will collaborate closely with development, design, and management teams to translate requirements into efficient, scalable software solutions.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing front-end user interfaces using technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React.js, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Designing and building robust, secure, and scalable back-end APIs using languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP.
• Managing and designing databases (SQL like MySQL/PostgreSQL and NoSQL like MongoDB).
• Ensuring application responsiveness, speed, and efficiency across the entire tech stack.
• Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code, and participating in code reviews.
• Deploying and managing applications on cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies and participating in regular stand-ups.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing existing applications.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

Technical Requirements:

• Proven work experience of 3-5 years as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in fundamental web languages and technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Hands-on experience with at least one front-end framework such as React.js or Angular.
• Hands-on experience with at least one server-side technology like Node.js with Express, Python with Django/Flask, or Java with Spring.
• In-depth understanding of relational and non-relational database design.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design principles.
• Familiarity with cloud services and deployment concepts.
