Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Manager for Contracts and Procurement, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all procurement and contract management operations
- Developing and implementing effective procurement strategies
- Managing a team of contracts and procurement specialists
- Negotiating with suppliers and contractors to secure optimal commercial terms
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and local regulations
- Analyzing market data and providing strategic recommendations to senior management
- Managing contract and procurement-related risks
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 12-15 years in contracts and procurement, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Skills: Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), advanced negotiation skills, knowledge of global procurement systems
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as CIPS or PMP are highly desirable
