Job Description

Vision Invest is announcing an exceptional employment opportunity for the position of Cybersecurity and IT Operations Lead in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a specialized team in protecting systems and networks from cyber threats, while ensuring the continuity and efficiency of technical operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies to protect organizational data
• Manage daily IT operations and ensure system stability
• Supervise a specialized team of security and IT engineers
• Analyze security risks and develop incident response plans
• Ensure compliance with local and international cybersecurity standards and regulations
• Manage technology and cybersecurity budget
• Provide regular reports to senior management on security status and technical operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity and IT
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent
• Proven experience in team management and technical project leadership
• Deep knowledge of latest cyber threats and protection tools
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
