Job Description

As the Manager, Customer Experience Retention, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase retention rates. You will work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing customer data to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
  • Developing personalized customer retention campaigns.
  • Designing and implementing loyalty and reward programs.
