Job Description

As the Dealer Principal, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the dealership's operations, including achieving sales targets, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to meet defined objectives.
• Overseeing after-sales operations, customer service, and parts departments.
• Managing the operational budget and analyzing the dealership's financial performance.
• Leading, training, and developing the team to ensure peak performance.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Ensuring compliance with all internal and external regulations and policies.
• Upholding and enhancing the brand's reputation and market position.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Dealer Principal, General Sales Manager).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a strong plus.
• Skills:

  • Deep understanding of the Saudi automotive market and its dynamics.

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
