Key responsibilities for this position in Dubai are expected to include:

• Developing and implementing strategic digital marketing plans aligned with the company's business goals in the real estate sector.

• Creating engaging and effective marketing content (copy, images, video) tailored for the target audience in the Dubai and UAE market.
• Managing and optimizing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and website content to increase organic visibility and attract qualified traffic.
• Planning and overseeing targeted email marketing campaigns for current and prospective clients.
• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and providing regular reports on results and Return on Investment (ROI).
• Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices within the real estate sector, and proposing new initiatives for performance enhancement.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

To qualify for this position in Dubai, you should meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven work experience of at least 2-3 years as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, with preference given to experience in real estate, financial services, or other high-value sectors.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of social media platforms, management tools, and digital analytics tools.
• Good understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) principles.
