Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing the Privileged Client Banking division, focusing on delivering comprehensive, tailored financial solutions that meet the highest expectations. Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for acquiring, serving, and growing the market share of privileged clients, aligning with FAB's overall vision.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong strategic relationships with existing and potential privileged clients, understanding their complex financial needs and aspirations.
• Business Development: Identify growth opportunities and lead business development initiatives to expand the privileged client banking portfolio, encompassing private banking, wealth management, and investment services.
• Premium Solution Delivery: Design and deliver a premium suite of banking and financial products and services tailored specifically for this client segment, ensuring the highest standards of quality and confidentiality.
• Team Leadership: Guide and motivate a team of privileged banking specialists, ensuring an exceptional level of service in every client interaction.
• Compliance & Risk: Ensure full compliance with all local and international laws, regulations, and the bank's internal policies, while effectively managing associated risks.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this leadership role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business Administration, or Economics. A Master's degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) is a significant advantage.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in the banking sector, with a strong and proven track record in Private Banking, Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNWI) Wealth Management, or Privileged/Preferred Client Banking. This must include at least 5 years in leadership positions.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, financial planning, tax structuring, and cross-border banking services.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead and motivate teams, with a proven history of achieving financial targets and high client satisfaction scores.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic, with superior ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the financial and banking landscape in the UAE and the wider GCC region.
