Job Overview

The Director will be responsible for leading and developing all activities related to the Russian market. Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and execute the comprehensive strategy for Russian market development in alignment with Tawteen's overall objectives.
• Lead business development efforts to identify new commercial and investment opportunities from Russian companies and investors.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior executives at Russian companies, trade chambers, and relevant government bodies.
• Analyze economic and political trends in Russia and assess their impact on opportunities in Oman.
• Facilitate the market entry of Russian companies into Oman and support their establishment and expansion operations.
• Prepare regular reports and analyses for senior management on market performance and progress toward goals.
• Lead negotiations and close commercial and investment agreements.
• Represent Tawteen at international events, exhibitions, and conferences targeting the Russian market.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) will be a strong advantage.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of proven professional experience in international business development, strategic sales, or key account management, with a demonstrated focus on the Russian market.
• Deep understanding of Russian business culture and professional etiquette.
• Fluency in the Russian language (written, spoken, and reading) is an essential requirement for this role. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills at the highest executive levels.
• Ability to work independently and lead initiatives while maintaining effective coordination with internal teams.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to formulate actionable business plans based on market data.
